Jiangxi Yangmei Xincheng Industrial Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2015 through joint investment by its shareholders, with a registered capital of 31.89 million yuan. The company occupies an area of over 40,000 square meters and is located in the Zhuliang Town Industrial Park, Nancheng County, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province (Buildings D5, D6, and D9 of the School Supplies Industrial Park).
The company has 17 key management personnel. Additionally, the company employs 160 staff members in production, technology, installation, and other roles, including 22 welders, 18 carpenters, 22 punch press technicians, 18 powder-coating technicians, and 38 installation and commissioning specialists. There are also 10 logistics drivers and 12 e-commerce professionals, with an additional 20 employees in various other positions.
The company boasts a complete production line for steel-wood furniture, a powder-coating line, a welding workshop, a wood-products facility, drying rooms, and a robust quality-control system. It specializes in manufacturing modern laboratory equipment, student desks and chairs, student beds, and multimedia educational products. With this advanced infrastructure, the company has achieved an annual production capacity of over 300,000 sets of desks and chairs, more than 100,000 sets of metal-frame beds, and over 50,000 dining table sets.
The company is a member of the China Education Equipment Industry Association, the Jiangxi Provincial Education Equipment Industry Association, and the Nancheng School Furniture Chamber of Commerce in Jiangxi Province. It has also earned prestigious accolades, including recognition as a High-Tech Enterprise in Jiangxi Province, a Major Taxpayer, an Outstanding School Furniture Manufacturer, and a Specialized, Sophisticated, and Novel Small-to-Medium-Sized Enterprise.
The company has continuously innovated in step with the evolution of the digital age. It has established an e-commerce subsidiary, Jiangxi Jushiyuan Industrial & Trade Co., Ltd., seamlessly integrating physical operations with online commerce as its dual growth engines. In recent years, as the company has steadily expanded and diversified its business, it has evolved into a corporate group led by its parent company. Currently, the group holds controlling stakes in several subsidiaries, including Jiangxi Shengshenghui Industrial & Trade Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Jujie Industrial & Trade Co., Ltd., and Jiangxi Jushiyuan Industrial & Trade Co., Ltd. Among these, the e-commerce subsidiary—Jiangxi Jushiyuan Industrial & Trade Co., Ltd.—has been particularly instrumental in driving significant revenue growth for the group through its robust online presence. Since its inception, the company has achieved remarkable success, setting a strong example for the development of its other subsidiaries and playing a pivotal role in fostering the overall prosperity of the group’s business ecosystem.
